Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most about booking, payment and preparing for your trip.
Booking & payment
How do I book a tour?
Send us an enquiry from the tour page or call us. A travel expert confirms availability, tailors the trip if you wish and sends you a written quote. Nothing is booked until you accept it.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due before departure. The amounts and dates are set out in our booking policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and debit or credit card. We never ask for card details by email.
Are the prices per person?
Yes. Prices are per person, based on two adults sharing, and shown as a "from" price in pounds sterling. Your quote shows the final price for your dates.
Before you travel
Is my holiday financially protected?
Your booking confirmation explains how the money you pay for a package holiday is protected. If you have any questions, ask us before you book.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your passport and destination. We tell you what applies to your trip when we quote, but checking entry requirements remains your responsibility.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Every traveller needs insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses and repatriation from the day of booking.
On your trip
Who do I call if something goes wrong while I'm away?
Your travel documents include our 24/7 emergency number. Call it at any time and we will help.
Can you arrange dietary or accessibility needs?
Yes. Tell us when you enquire, and we will pass your needs on to hotels, guides and restaurants.
Can I extend my stay?
Usually, yes. Ask when you enquire, and we will price extra nights before or after the tour.
